Agreement between clients and Premium Tour Travels

Credit card payments
Authorization to use your credit card indicates acceptance of Premium Tour Travels' terms and the terms of the airline, tour operator, cruise line or other travel supplier whose services you purchase. You agree to pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement and not to charge back payment for travel services received.
Settlement and posting times vary by financial institution. Visa debit or bank debit refunds may be held for up to 60 days by the financial institution. Flight reservations may include a ticketing fee processed separately by Premium Tour Travels, so the supplier charge and our ticketing fee may appear as separate transactions.
Documentation
We normally send travel documents electronically. An administration fee may apply if you request documents in hard-copy form.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. If an insurance charge or policy number does not appear on your invoice, you have elected to decline travel insurance.
Currency and price changes
Prices on premiumtour.net are displayed in UAE dirhams. Supplier rates may be quoted in US dollars or other currencies and converted at the prevailing rate on the invoice date. Later card transactions may use a different rate applied by the supplier or card issuer. Premium Tour Travels is not responsible for currency fluctuations.

Special requests
Requests for meals, airline seating or other preferences are not guaranteed. Premium Tour Travels cannot be held responsible when a supplier does not grant a special request.

Premium Tour Travels acts as a travel agency arranging services supplied by airlines and other independent providers. Those services are subject to each supplier's conditions, tariffs, conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions.
We do not guarantee supplier rates, reservations, connections, schedules or protection of personal belongings. We are not responsible for airline actions, overbooking, route changes, cancellations or delays. Information, prices and availability are subject to change.
Premium Tour Travels is not liable for illness, theft, labour action, acts of God, mechanical or equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency, terrorism or another event beyond our reasonable control.
